Development Geologist
Duties
Individual will work in a team environment with engineering and land department to assist in
development of Jetta legacy assets. Individual will also be responsible for recommending drilling and recompletion
prospects and monitor them through the drilling program.
Skills
Must have MS in Geology with at least 5 years of industry experience. Candidate must be detail oriented with the
ability to incorporate historical well data, geophysical data and engineering/reservoir data to exploit remaining
potential. Ideal candidate would have gulf coast background and strong familiarity with geological computer
applications.

Development Engineer
Duties
Work as part of an integrated team responsible for the analysis and optimization of field development. Analyze all aspects of reservoir in order to provide multiple reserve estimates in addition to optimal well spacing, optimal drilling patters and optimal completion design. Recommend drilling, workover, and stimulation prospects. Run economics and help manage field expansion through focused acquisitions and leasing. Monitor offset operator best practices and develop crucial industry contacts within area of development.
Skills
Must have BS in Engineering with 5 – 10 years of industry experience. Candidate must have good communication and presentation skills, ability to present technical data and business results to management. Be able to effectively interact with other engineers, geologists, techs and landmen. Requires basic knowledge of PTA, RTA, hydraulic fracture modeling, nodal analysis as well as integrated field development experience.
